The main objective of PrePress department is  organization of the full cycle materials preparation using CtP technology, in accordance with ISO 12647 2. It includes the output of the thermal offset plates for the park of web and sheet fed equipment, run-time control of the production process to ensure implementation of the company plans for fulfilling its obligations to customers, improving product quality, the interaction with the marketing and sales department when preparing products, terms of the agreements with the customer, the coordination of technical and technological changes.

Implementation of CtP technology allows make the whole process fully digital which means modern, comfortable and manageable. As technological chain reduces prepress costs reduce too: reduced costs for resources (staff, facilities), consumables (no phototypesetting process in conjunction with the replacement of the analog to digital proofing), the productivity and efficiency of work increases dramatically.

The basis of the pre-press is a complex of three CtP (Computer-to-Plate) running Prinergy Connect, the most advanced and powerful integrated automated workflow management system, based on such technologies as Adobe Extreme, JDF, PJTF, Oracle and using PDF as the main data format.

The workflow control system Kodak Prinergy Connect v.5.0 manages the verification processes, normalization, processing and archiving of files, trapping, proofing, imposition and CtP equipment, data transport to areas of printing. The workflow control system Kodak Prinergy is a skin in which all operators are working collectively and cohesively, that allows convenient and quick access to many powerful features of the system directly from their workstations. All transactions that have occurred since admission of the task to its completion can be programmed in advance in the plans (Process Plans) using a job ticket (Adobe Job Tickets) with an ability to control those assignments in real time.

Proofs are imposed with the help of Integris 800 and inkjet large format printers - Epson 9600Pro and HP 5500PS. Using the Integris 800 allows to have one copy of the printed sheet before doing plates and printing.

EFI ColorProof XF system with proofing device Epson Stylus PRO 4880 allows display digital proofing imitating printed impressions on different presses and different classes existed at the printing market.

We use consumables by the leading manufacturers such as Kodak, EFI that ensures excellent quality of printed products.
